I’ll be honest, neither Barack Obama or the Boyfriend are my favorite people right now. But three weeks ago, I had slightly more affection for the Boyfriend and sent him this as a Valentine.
I also bought him a Moleskine City Notebook for Washington, D.C. since that is where he will be living this summer. I wrapped it in some of the Martha Stewart Crafts paper he bought me for our anniversary last year. There is a picture of that in my Flickr stream. I am proud of how the check pattern on the paper matches the little sticker I found.
The Boyfriend gifted me a new spring-action ice cream scoop for cookie making purposes. I used it over the weekend, and those cookies were GORGEOUS. Like out of a magazine perfection. I meant to take pictures, but they were promptly turned into homemade ice cream sandwiches and devoured.
